T.N.T. (Thursday Night Throwdown)

Join Jill on Thursday nights at 6:45pm to throw down some serious weights and some serious tunes. This class will focus on muscle-specific parts each week and follow a rotation of: first week of the month=lower body, second week of the month=abs/core work, third week of the month=upper body, last week of the month=full-body.
