Boxing Class

This boxing "station style" class starts with a kick/punch warm-up, showing proper technique that will allow the client to move through the 3 minute heavy bag, speed bag, focus mitt and other boxing conditioning stations with purpose. Also, there will be lots of heart pumping and full body conditioning infused into the workout that will challenge all fitness levels! Hand wraps are required. This is a non-contact class. Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee. The hands can't hit what the eyes can't see.
