Get to know Heather

Heather’s first love is running! After 10+ years of running competitively, she became a running coach, which then led her to pursue her personal trainer and Yoga certifications. A former elementary school teacher, Heather is skilled in providing step-by-step instruction and demos for her clients. Heather has worked with clients from age 15 to 100+. She enjoys combining calisthenics, kettlebells, and yoga into her sessions.

What are your hobbies?

Running, walking, yoga, reading, water sports, backyard games, trying new things

Name one place you’d love to visit someday.


How did you get interested in fitness?

Running! I added Yoga and strength training to my program to reach my running goals, which led me to get certified to help others meet their goals.

What advice do you give clients that you completely ignore?

Sometimes we need to regress to progress

How much ya bench?

Not sure but I do a lot of heavy lifting so likely a good amount!
