Get to know Andy

Fitness isn’t a quick fix but a permanent lifestyle choice. That’s the mantra of Michigan native, Andy Estrada, who joined the FitOne team in November of 2021. A certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Andy brings his breadth of training knowledge to every workout. His goal is to encourage FitOne’s clients – from first-time gym goers to seasoned lifters -- to improve their confidence and achieve their personal best.

When Andy’s not at FitOne, he can be found on the golf course or in the bowling alley, perfecting his impressive strike run. A devoted Detroit Lion’s fan, Andy knows that winning is not everything – it’s the hard work and perseverance that pays off.
