Get to know Ali

Ali found her love for fitness and exercise at a young age while playing a variety of sports and trying to keep up with her brothers. She was blessed with the opportunity to play soccer and study kinesiology and health sciences at the College of William & Mary. Since graduating in 2014, she’s been working as a health and fitness professional at a corporate office campus in Alexandria, VA. There, she manages the fitness and wellness program for the on-site working population. Additionally, she has experience coaching high school soccer and providing training to youth athletes.

What are your hobbies?

Watching TV, playing soccer, reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family (especially my nephew!)

How did you get interested in fitness?

Soccer was the catalyst

What advice do you give clients that you completely ignore?

Don't spread yourself too thin! I'm pretty good at doing that to myself

Somewhere between 2.5 and 1,000 pounds
