T.N.T. (Thursday Night Throwdown)

Feeling like you need a little something extra each week? Join Jill on Thursday nights at 6:45pm to throw down some serious weights and some serious tunes. 

This class will focus on specific muscle parts each week and follow a rotation of: 

  • 1st week of the month=lower body
  • 2nd week of the month=abs/core 
  • 3rd week of the month=upper body
  • Last week of the month=full-body

Friends don't let friends miss workouts.
