Our Services

FitOne offers a full and flexible range of individual and group personal training programs, nutrition services and fun/fitness events to enjoy. Our programs are developed based on each client's specific fitness needs and availability. Your health history, lifestyle and fitness level are always taken into consideration to optimize workouts and maximize results.

Individual Training

For many people, the attention and accountability of individual personal training enables a degree of focus that improves fitness results. We’ll carefully match you to one of our certified personal trainers, all of whom are educated extensively in the science behind resistance training. They understand the biomechanics of a safe workout, including the importance of varying mechanical wear and the effective application of force on joints, muscles and ligaments. Positive encouragement, enthusiasm and results are part of every workout.

Buddy Training

Want to share a personal trainer with a friend, coworker or your spouse? It’s a great way to have fun and stay motivated on a budget. Bring your own buddy, or in some cases we can match you to a partner with similar fitness goals.

Small Group Training

Our small group programs offer the benefits of individualized training plus the camaraderie of a team exercise environment. No class is larger than six people – a size that permits personalized attention for everyone in the room.

Sign up on a drop-in basis, buy a three-month unlimited class package (a great value), or pick up a 10-pack of classes to use as your schedule permits. We’ve designed our Small Group Training sessions to be fun, flexible and intensely effective.

Power Circuit Classes

Gives you the benefit of working with a personal trainer at a GREAT VALUE!
Our Power Circuit Classes accommodate up to twelve people and will provide you with a fun atmosphere, group camaraderie, trainer motivation and variety in programing. Each calorie-blasting, total-body workout lasts 45 minutes. You will be energized and feeling great when you complete your session!

Pricing for Power Circuit Classes:

4 Classes: $72 per month
8 Classes: $128 per month

Specialized Exercise and Educational Programs

  • Healthy Happy Hours: FitOne mixes fitness and pleasure through a variety of events designed specifically for our health-minded clients. Maybe we’ll visit a local retailer for apparel fittings, discount purchases, and educational sessions (plus snacks, of course.) Or we’ll mix historical sites or cultural venues into our fitness routine for the day. A little sweat, a little socializing – there’s always something fun planned at FitOne.
  • Specialty Group Classes: We periodically offer group classes developed for clients with specialized needs, such as expectant mothers, brides-to-be, mommy-and-me groups or clients returning from post-surgery rehab. Ask us about our current schedule of specialty classes, or let us design one for you.
  • Bridal Packages: Are you ready to get in shape for the big day? Check out our new offerings, geared to meet the needs of the busy bride-to-be and / or her future hubby.   • Tricks on TRX: FitOne is the only Alexandria-area studio featuring the TRX® suspension training system. We love this program! Designed by former Navy SEALs, this powerful yet simple suspension system builds total body strength, balance, flexibility and core stability for people of all fitness levels. It’s fun, practical and intensely effective – we can even guide you on setting up a TRX system at home.
  • Nutrition Education: While your FitOne personal trainer will provide basic nutritional and hydration guidance to help you fuel your workouts, we also offer more in-depth nutritional educational services for clients who desire them. Our on-staff certified nutrition consultants can provide anything from a one-time nutritional consultation to a long-term program including menus, nutrient breakdowns, pre- and post-workout meal plans and more. Our nutrition programs are completely customizable to help you establish nutritional habits that are healthy and sustainable.

Custom Gift Packages

Our fitness gift packages are a wonderful treat for new mothers, brides-to-be, special birthdays or anyone who deserves a dose of personal attention. We'll tailor the package to the recipient for a perfect fit.
