Increase your muscle and improve definition with this high-intensity strength training class focusing on appropriate levels of progression to train the entire upper and lower body. Some cardio work may be included in each one-hour class.

BOXING CLASS

This boxing "station style" class starts with a kick/punch warm-up, showing proper technique that will allow the client to move through the 3 minute heavy bag, speed bag, focus mitt and other boxing conditioning stations with purpose. Also, there will be lots of heart pumping and full body conditioning infused into the workout that will challenge all fitness levels! Hand wraps are required. This is a non-contact class. Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee. The hands can't hit what the eyes can't see.
