FitOne brings Meditation Services to the Studio!
Meditation is a tool to help us take care of ourselves.
By taking care of ourselves through meditation, we can have more positive relationships with our families, friends, co-workers and anyone we meet.
Join us for Meditation on Sundays from 9:30-10:30am!
Classes offered in a 6-week series
or you may pick any 4 Sundays for $100 or all 6 for $125
Drop-in's - $30
*must have at least 6 participants to hold the class
Some benefits of Meditation:

- increases blood flow to organs and muscles
- improves concentration, focus and judgmentv
- regulates digestion and metabolism which will assist in weight control
