What are your membership fees?

FitOne does not have membership fees. We are an appointment-only studio which means you only pay for the sessions and/or classes you come in for.


Do you offer parking?

Street parking is available in front of the studio, but we also offer garage parking and validation directly across the street in the Sheraton Suites parking garage.


Do you have showers?

Yes. We have two changing rooms, one of which has a shower. We don't provide shower towels but we keep extra soap and a hair dryer on hand.


What are your studio hours?

We are an appointment-only studio so we are open only when clients have sessions and when classes are scheduled. Typically, someone is in the studio Monday-Saturday throughout the day.


What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 3-hour cancellation policy for all classes. All cancellations should go directly through your trainer or instructor.


Can I use the studio on my own outside of my training days?

Since we are a boutique studio, we are unable to allow clients to come in for workouts unless they are with a trainer or in a class. However, clients are more than welcome to use our cardio equipment before or after their session/class as long as a trainer is present.


What happens if I have extended travel for work or pleasure?

We will definitely work with you. Communication is key. Our packages all come with a graceful built-in expiration and you just need to simply inform your trainer if you need to miss more than a week of your regular training so we can "freeze" your package while you are away.


Do I need to bring my own water?

We offer a complimentary water bottle per each individual training session.We also have a water fountain available.


Do you only offer personal training?

No, we also offer group classes where you will receive quality attention while getting a great workout. We also have a Boot Camp during the summer months.
